Buying the items you need on MedWOW is quick, easy and FREE! Just follow these steps, and you are on your way:

Pre - Sale

• If you have not yet registered, register; if you are registered, Log in.
• Find an item that you are interested in, using MedWOW’s browsing tool.
• On the item’s page, click on “Get Seller’s Details” button. Remember that getting the seller’s details is now FREE of charge!
• Before getting the seller’s details, there is one quick and easy step - you will be directed to a request form, in which MedWOW asks you to fill in details about the requested item that you are searching for. MedWOW would like to help you find more relevant sellers or service providers for your required item, in order to receive competitive quotes for purchasing the item, or for services for this item, such as: shipping, packing, installation and dismantling, shipping and leasing etc. Therefore, please fill in as much information as possible on this form.
• You will next receive the seller's contact details for your required item. At the same time, the seller will receive your contact information.
• As your request, which you have detailed in the request page, may be relevant to other sellers, or to relevant service providers, you may be contacted with alternative quotes for you to choose from. MedWOW looks for additional vendors selling the same equipment you are interested in, and send them your request and contact information, so that you have a variety of options to choose from before making your final purchase decision.
• Please note that at this point, the item is still available for other MedWOW buyers. Once you have made the purchase, the item will be marked “SOLD”.
• At any point during the purchase process, you can also take advantage of any or all of MedWOW’s special services, including: Inspection, Mediation and Leasing/Financing Services.

Sale

• After 2 weeks from the date of exchanging contact details with the seller, you will receive an email, with a request for information and feedback about your purchase. If you did not find the required item for purchase, please let us know so we can help you find more options to choose from.
• 60 days after the transaction is done, both parties receive an email with a request to rate each other.
