Is it still under a service contract with the supply company? regards,	Yes there are purchasing documents but we purchased from Ministry of Defence not the manufacturer. We own the devices. No damage and equipment is engineer checked at sale. Software is not installed but is available free of charged from manufacturer as it is updated on a six monthly basis
