Installed/Accepted June 1998, Scheduled for removal in June 2009, A VERY ROBUST MACHINE, 6 8 MV [originally 6 10] photons -can be changed back to 6 10 MV, 6-15 MeV electrons, MLC 58 leaf, Table: Toshiba ZXT --[Extra Original Siemens Top available], Meticulously Maintained Under Siemens Full-Service Contract, MANY UPDATED COMPONENTS, System Software: 6.5, Single Jaws, Klystron replaced 4/05, Wave Guide replaced 11/01, RF Driver 1/02, Target with new Tungsten type 9/02, Pulse tank 2000, Thyratron 9/03, Beamview Portal Vision5/03, Pumpstand 8/05, Chg drawer 7/07, Dosimetry system 5/08, Many of above were upgrades. SPARE PARTS: Siemens machines do not come with PCBs in the parts kit, However many boards available, along with the small parts kit
