The instrument completes its self-test with no identified issues. Lead input shows on the screen and the software responds to keypad input. The internal printer appears not to be configured as I could get the paper to move or anything to print on it. I suspect these issues can be rectified in the set-up menu, but could also be a fault within the instrument. It is priced accordingly. No manual is available on the www and I do not have a hard copy of one.
