The new digital generation for Routine, Trauma and Orthopedic Examinations
MULTIX FD is a universal General Radiography System using advanced digital flat panel detector technology.
The new digital flat panel detector system allows you to acquire exposures of the skull, spinal column, abdomen, and extremities without the use of conventional film/ screen systems.
The X-rays are acquired via a CsJ scintillator and digitalized in the detector matrix (aSi).

The MULTIX FD system is primarily used in hospital radiology departments and private practices with high patient throughput and standardized applications.
Routine examinations have been largely automated.
The optimized workflow prevents wait times and ensures high patient throughput.
Manual activities such as loading and transporting the cassettes as well as centering the X-ray tube to the receptor stand have been eliminated.
