This Midas Rex Legend Pneumatic System comes complete with the Midas Rex Legend Motor , Midas Rex Legend Foot Pedal , 4 Midas Rex Legend Attachments, and a Sterilization Case.
The Midas Rex motors have been designed to provide the power that surgeons have come to expect from Midas Rex Name.
Midas Rex Legend is a nitrogen powered, pneumatic, high speed drilling system that runs at an impressive 76,000 rpm at 120 psi/8 bar.
It is also smaller than the previous version, the Midas Rex Classic motor, with an enhanced ergonomic design, allowing the surgeon to experience less hand fatigue while using this high speed drill.
The Midas Rex Legend is more powerful than the older Midas Rex Classic and is quieter due to the advanced filter design.
The Midas Rex Legend now utilizes a filter/lubricant combination to quiet the motor as well as lubricate the motor while it is in use.
This is an extremely improved design over the previous inline lubricant drip chamber utilized in previous Midas Rex Versions.
In addition, the swivel-convertible design allows surgeons to configure the handpiece to the desired orientation.
The Midas Rex Legend Pneumatic Control Unit operates all Legend pneumatic motors, as well as the Triton Power Surgical Instrument System.
The pressure gauge, located directly on the unit, allows for simplified setup and accurate pressure setting.
The rugged construction improves durability while the quick connect ports provide for rapid and efficient assembly.
