Item Description

Ionizing Radiation (X-Ray) Detector

This unit is the quickest and safest way to test any medical x-ray to check if the head is emitting radiation required to take an image.

No more do you need to risk damaging a digital sensor by accidentally knocking it, no need to use and waste a phosphor plate, just place the DTX-2011 directly under the x-ray cone, switch the unit on and move to a safe area and fire the xray.

If the head is working the unit will alert you audibly and visually.

NOTE: this unit does not calibrate an x-ray therefore does not need to have TGA approval or any other certification.

As a dental technician I found this tool to be irreplaceable, this unit is a modified and more rugged version of the original and you will find it will have a place in your tool case.
