Refund Policy

This policy explains the refunds you may be entitled to regarding the various fees for using MedWOW and MedWOW's services. Any refund request is subject to MedWOW's User Agreement (the "User Agreement") and to this policy.

This policy is incorporated to the User Agreement. By accepting the User Agreement, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy, as well.

 

Seller transaction fee

  1. The seller is entitled to a full refund of the seller transaction fee, if the seller is unable to complete the transaction due to circumstances beyond his/her control, but not due to a situation where partial or inaccurate information was given by the seller upon posting the item on MedWOW or transferred to the buyer through any other means of communication.
  2. In all other cases, the seller is not entitled to any refund.

 

Auction transaction fee

Buyer:

  1. The buyer is entitled to a full refund in each of the following cases:
    1. The seller does not pay his part of the auction transaction fee, and consequently the buyer does not receive the seller's contact details;

or

    1. The buyer cannot reach the seller when using all communication means (Phone, Email, Fax etc.) that MedWOW provides and MedWOW can not reach the seller as well;

or

    1. The buyer claims that the item is not available for sale or that the seller does not want to sell the item, and MedWOW finds the buyer's claim to be true and accurate.
  1. In all other cases, the buyer is not entitled to any refund.

Seller:

  1. The seller is entitled to a full refund in each of the following cases:
    1. The buyer does not pay his part of the auction transaction fee, and consequently the seller does not receive the buyer's contact details;

or

    1. The seller cannot reach the buyer when using all communication means (Phone, Email, Fax etc.) that MedWOW provides and MedWOW can not reach the buyer as well;
  1. In all other cases, the seller is not entitled to any refund.

 

Inspection cost

1. A buyer or seller is entitled to a full refund of inspection costs in the following cases:

a. If the user that ordered the inspection cancelled the order, and until the cancellation date no expenses were required to be paid yet in consideration for the inspection.

or

b. If the user that ordered the inspection did not receive the inspection report, and after looking into the matter, MedWOW found that the report will not be issued in due time, or will not be issued at all.

 

Proper form of a refund request

  1. Requests for a refund must be made in writing and may be sent by using the 'contact us' form on MedWOW, or by contacting MedWOW at service@medwow.com.
  2. Requests must include number of item for sale and full details of the reason for the refund request.
  3. To be effective, a seller's request for a refund must be accompanied by a signed and duly authorized affidavit, which will include the following:

    A statement by the seller that -
    1. The item was not sold.
    2. MedWOW's personnel are allowed to visit the seller's facilities and make all necessary inspections to verify that the item was not sold.

And

    1. The seller will continue to list the item for sale on MedWOW.

All refunds shall be accomplished using the same means as for the original fee payment.

 

Changes to this Policy

We may change and update the terms of this Policy from time to time. We therefore recommend that you read it periodically. All substantial changes that we make to this Policy will be notified on MedWOW and take effect 30 days following their initial posting.
